That is only possible when the family income satisfies the consumption of food and essential items of their family. However, a recent Cambridge study showed that only 11 percent family of the total population in the world manage their household expenses on one person's income. Therefore, it is clear that earning mothers for taking care of the family by the government can be beneficial.
