A negative sentence in simple present
1) Only add 'not' after 'be'.
Mike is my brother.
Mike isn't my brother.
2) Use "do not"/"don't" before the verb. If the subject is THIRD PERSON SINGULAR, use "does not" or "doesn't" before the verb.
She comes from Japan.
She doesn't come from Japan.
We go out for dinner every Friday.
