Exercise: make question sentences with given words/phrases.
Interrogative with simple present
1) use "do"/"does" before the subject to make the "yes / no" question:
Does she come? Yes, she does.
No, she does not.
Do they come? Yes, they do.
No, they do not.
2) put the question word and "do"/"does" at the front to make a "wh" question:
Where do they live?
When does he leave?
3) put the verb "be" before the subject to make a question:
I'm a teacher.
Are you a teacher?
4) put "wh" question word before the verb "be" to make a question:
John is in the room.
Where is John?
